Terms of Use
Who we are — Vibe Test ("the Service") is an autonomous software-quality platform operated by WE WILL, the software quality services company behind wewill.tech. These terms govern your use of vibe-test.tech.
Accounts — Vibe Test accounts are created by a workspace administrator; there is no self-registration. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Contact us at info@wewill.tech immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
What the Service does — Vibe Test is an autonomous QA engineer. When you start a run, an AI agent opens the application you configured, behaves like a real user, and reports what it finds with evidence — screenshots, reproduction steps and a trail of what it did. Depending on the services you enable, it can also file and update tickets on your connected tracker, propose code fixes and open pull requests on your connected repositories, and generate reports and documentation about your product.
Your authorization — You may only point Vibe Test at applications and accounts you own or are explicitly authorized to test. You choose the target environment: runs against a production system are executed at your own risk. As a normal part of its job, the agent may create test data, submit forms, file tickets and open pull requests.
Connected services — When you connect a tracker (Jira, GitHub Issues, Flow OS or the built-in Vibe Board), a code repository or a deploy provider, you authorize Vibe Test to act on those systems on your behalf within the scopes you granted. You can disconnect them at any time.
Fixes and code changes — Where Bugs Fixing is enabled, the agent writes code changes and opens pull requests according to your project configuration. Built-in guardrails (fix-cycle caps, sanity checks, empty-diff protection) reduce risk, but reviewing and accepting changes into your codebase remains your responsibility.
Billing — Usage is metered in run minutes under your subscription plan. Minutes are also counted for runs that fail or end inconclusively — the work was still performed. Plans and limits are managed with your workspace administrator or with WE WILL directly.
Acceptable use — You must not use the Service to test systems without authorization, probe or attack third parties, violate applicable law, resell the Service, or attempt to circumvent usage limits, safety guardrails or access controls.
Intellectual property — Your applications, repositories, tickets and data remain yours, and so do the reports, evidence and fixes generated for your projects. The platform and its software remain ours.
No warranty — Vibe Test finds and fixes what it can, with evidence. It does not guarantee your software is free of defects, and a passing verdict is not a release decision. The Service is provided "as is", without a warranty of uninterrupted availability.
Liability — To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including damage caused by changes accepted into your systems without review.
Termination — Your workspace administrator or we may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; deleting a project permanently removes its runs and knowledge (see the Privacy Policy).
Changes — We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page with its "Last updated" date; continued use after a change means acceptance.
