Privacy Policy
Who we are — This policy explains how WE WILL processes data when you use Vibe Test (vibe-test.tech). For any privacy question or request, write to info@wewill.tech.
Data we collect
Account data — name, email, password (stored hashed), optional profile photo, and role.
Project configuration — application URLs, environments and test-actor credentials, service settings and testing directives.
Connected-service credentials — tokens for your tracker, repositories and deploy provider.
Run data — what runs produce: screenshots, page content, reproduction steps, agent transcripts, verdicts, reports, and the tickets or pull requests created for you.
Knowledge base — the product documentation the agent builds and maintains per project.
Usage and billing — run minutes, counts and outcomes per account, project and user.
How we use it — To operate the service (drive test runs against your app, file findings, build knowledge), show you results, meter usage and bill for it, secure the platform, and send run notifications by email when enabled.
AI processing — Vibe Test runs are executed by AI agents. Content involved in a run — pages of your application, tickets, and code where you connected a repository — is processed by our AI model provider in order to operate the service. Under our agreements, this data is not used to train their models.
Sensitive credentials — Environment credentials and connected-service tokens are stored encrypted and are used only to perform the runs you configured.
Your app's data — Test evidence can include whatever your application displays, including personal data of your own users. For that data you are the controller and Vibe Test processes it on your instructions. We recommend pointing the agent at staging environments and test accounts wherever possible.
Cookies and analytics — The app uses essential cookies for sign-in sessions and CSRF protection, and stores your theme preference in your browser. The public marketing site uses Google Analytics to measure visits; the product itself does not.
Sharing — We do not sell your data. We share it only with the processors needed to run the service: hosting infrastructure, GitHub (repositories, including per-project knowledge repositories), your connected tracker (tickets filed on your behalf), our AI model provider, and our email delivery provider.
Retention and deletion — Run evidence and knowledge live as long as their project does: deleting a project permanently removes its runs, files and knowledge store, and retires its knowledge repository. Accounts are managed by your workspace administrator; write to info@wewill.tech for access, correction, export or deletion requests.
Security — TLS in transit, encrypted credentials at rest, role-based access to the admin console, and audit trails on sensitive operations.
Changes — We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date on this page reflects the current version.
